- Location data: your approximate/precise location, used to show nearby salons and to auto-fill your address when booking.
- Booking & usage data: services booked, reviews you leave, favorites, and salon browsing activity.
- Salon owner data: if you register as a salon owner, business details, service listings, showcase images, and bank/payout details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To show salons near your location and process bookings.
- To send booking confirmations, OTP verification codes, and account-related emails.
- To process payouts to salon owners.
- To improve the App and provide customer support.
3. Google Sign-In
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique Google account identifier from Google, verified directly with Google's servers. We do not receive your Google password.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Location and booking details are shared only with the relevant salon to fulfill your booking. We may use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, and image storage, who process data solely on our behalf.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via our Account Deletion Request page.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted password storage and verified authentication tokens, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
Saloonic is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
